UCL in the News: Mooting showdown victory

Kian Ganz, 'The Lawyer' UCL emerged victorious over King's College London yesterday (22 April) at the inaugural London Universities Mooting Shield (LUMS) final held at magic circle law firm Allen & Overy.
The chair of the three-judge moot panel Andrew Onslow QC said: "All three of us were exceptionally impressed by what we saw this evening, all [mooters] have performed excellently." …
Teams from King's and UCL beat the London School of Economics (LSE) and School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS) over a total of 12 matches since December 2006. …
