Epilepsy survey

Dr Sallie Baxendale, a Consultant Neuropsychologist at the UCL Institute of Neurology, is conducting an online survey looking at the public perception of epilepsy.

The survey is very short, with only eight questions, and takes less than a minute to complete.

Responses are completely anonymous, but there is an opportunity at the end of the survey to request feedback on your answers.
