AUA recognition for UCL

8 May 2006

UCL has received recognition by the Association of University Administrators (AUA) through the conferment of a Branch Good Practice Award.

The awards were launched in 2004 as a way of recognising branches for their achievements in raising the profile of AUA and promoting professionalism in higher-education management and administration. UCL is one of just three winners in 2006.

The award was made at the AUA Annual Conference in Belfast in April 2006. Fiona Harvey (UCL Registry), UCL AUA Branch Coordinator, received the award and delivered a presentation on the good professional practices being developed at UCL to a packed audience in the Great Hall at Queens University, Belfast. The award has now been certificated.
