Lord Woolf delivers Mishcon Lecture

The Chief Justice of England & Wales Lord Woolf (Laws 1954), the UK's most senior judge, gave the Annual Mishcon Lecture in April 2004.

The lecture, entitled 'Do We Need a New Approach to Penal Policy?', was chaired by Lord Young of Graffham, Chair of Council.
