Special rates offered to UCL for accommodation and conference facilities

All of the local recommended hotels are within close walking distance from the main UCL campus, and include the Thistle, Six Continents and Radisson Edwardian Hotel groups.

All negotiated rates are available for corporate use to UCL staff, guests and visitors. Special offers are also available to students around the graduation period, and for personal use by staff.

Mr Peter Woollard, Head of Procurement Services, said: "It is important to check the Procurement Services website and quote the UCL reference to get the negotiated rates before making a reservation. Also, always check if there are any promotional rates which may be cheaper during quiet times of year."
