Academic Research Course: Writing for Publication in Social Sciences and Humanities

Overview

The Nahrein Network, in partnership with UK-based academics and Iraqi universities launches the Academic Research Course. This course focuses on addressing the huge demand for developing research capacity in Iraq, including the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, to support in-country researchers to strengthen their skills to publish in internationally recognised journals and publications.

This course is a component of AcademIQ, and offers online units focusing on the fundamentals of research and academic publishing. It is designed specifically for academics in Iraq. The course is in the English language and as the units have been already prepared, learners can complete them at a time of their choosing.

Registration and use of the course is free of charge, though you will be expected to complete the entire course to receive a certificate of participation. Instructions on how to register and use the online platform where the course is located will be sent to those who are eligible.
