Postdoctoral Positions
Postdoctoral positions will be announced here and advertised widely when funding is available. Dr. Perez-Martinez is happy to advise and support interested candidates who wish to apply for postdoctoral fellowships. PhD Projects
Applications are invited for the following two projects in the group:
(1) Ion implantation into semiconductors: studying a new manufacturing technique. Closing date: 4 January 2023
This project is being offered through the Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT) in Advanced Characterisation of Materials, and is a joint project between Imperial College London and UCL. Please note that interested students should apply to the CDT in the first place, but informal inquiries relating to the project can be discussed with Dr Perez-Martinez.

(2) New technologies for semiconductor processing: fast etching for the age of ubiquitous electronics. Closing date 26 January 2022
This project is being offered through the UCL EPSRC DTP studentships. Interested students should apply to the centralised process managed by UCL (link below), and indicate their interest in our project during part C of the application process.
