Henry Lowe of Goadby Marwood, Leicestershire. Acquired Seven Plantations in Jamaica on his marriage to Elizabeth Long (daughter of Samuel Long, 1638-1683). Died in 1714. The estate passed to his son Samuel Lowe (1693-1731) and then to the latter's sisters Susanna (married name Taaffe) and Elizabeth (married name Moore).
