Professor Jane Holder publishes chapter in Research Methods in Environmental Law - A Handbook

Professor Jane Holder, Professor in Environmental Law at UCL Faculty of Laws, has recently published a chapter on ‘Bringing environmental justice to the centre of environmental law research: developing a collective case study methodology’ in Research Methods in Environmental Law – A Handbook.

The chapter, written alongside with Donald McGillivray, focuses on bringing innovative, free-thinking and radical approaches to research methods in environmental law.
