Update 11am 20 August 2021

The problems for Sky internet users unable to access UCL services has now been resolved. If you are continuing to have connectivity problems please report them to the IT Services desk.


UCL users who are Sky customers are currently unable to connect to UCL services, including VPN,  MyAccount, Wiki and a range of other services.

You can use a BT Wifi network in conjunction with the UCL VPN to connect. If you do this, please remember to select the BT Wifi profile (in the pull down box above the login field), or you will not be able to connect to Office365.
