We have restored the full service and the performance is back to normal.

We have identified a problem with some of our web servers. The service has been restored to a single web server and is available again. While investigations are ongoing on the remaining web servers, users may experience slow performance. We apologise for the disruption caused.

We are currently experiencing intermittent login issues whilst attempting to login to Portico portal UCL Evasion. Users may receive an "internal server" error. This is being investigated as a high priority and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
