Resolved: UCL Training Booking System email notifications  - update 17 October 2017

Email notifications are now working again for the Training Booking system. Please check with your training provider if you had not had confirmation of a booked course. Apologies for inconvenience caused.

Update: 09:30 9 October 2017

Following some investigative work on Friday 6 October the Training Booking System is available again but we are still having problems with email notifications. Training providers will contact attendees directly with further information about booked courses.

6 October 2017 

We are continuing to have problems with email notifications for the UCL Training Booking System.

To try and fix the problem we will be taking the system offline for the remainder of today 6 October 2017 to investigate the issue further.

We will notify users once the system is back online again.
