Le Ha will argue that these multifaceted relationships have not only been playing important roles in 'the Asian century' but have also generated fertile space for the idea of 'the West' to manifest in nuanced ways in the internationalised and internationalising higher education landscape of broader Asia.

The author draws on her works that identify and interrogate several key phenomena concerning the internationalisation of higher education, transnational higher education, intercultural encounters, and transnational academic mobilities.

This event will be particularly useful for researchers, teachers and students.

Please note this is a hybrid event and can be joined either in-person or online.
