Dr Basak Cali appointed Senior Fellow

Dr Basak Cali is a senior lecturer in Human Rights and International Law at UCL's Department of Political Science. She is a Council of Europe expert on the European Convention on Human Rights and a Fellow of the Human Rights Centre at the University of Essex.

Her fellowship will run from 1 January 2012 to 31 December 2014.
