This seminar is an opportunity to discuss the role of small press projects in academia with Rebecca Ross (CSM, Urban Pamphleteer), Catherine Grant (Digital Media and Screen Studies, Birkbeck) and Steve Rolling (RICS, UCL).
We will use this opportunity to launch the inaugural issue of Think/Talk Pieces on the theme of 'Lies'. This first issue includes pieces by poet Gloria Fuertes, writer Marcel Theroux, art historians Rye Holmboe and Ashraf Jamal, artist Ed Young, medievalist Julie Orlemanski, philosopher and sociologist Steve Fuller, and lecturer in journalism Anastasia Denisova.
Running order:
12.45pm: refreshments, glass of wine and presentation of Think Pieces
