Zurich: Chronic Liver Disease

In Zurich, there were 331 deaths from chronic liver disease over the study period (2000 - 2008).  This figure consists of 192 male deaths and 139 female deaths and is based on data from the Statistik Stadt Zürich (Zurich Statistics Office).  The spatial distribution of mortality due to chronic liver disease in Zurich is demonstrated in the maps below, shown separately for men and women.  For further information about how these maps were created, please visit the methodological section of the Atlas.
