In Brussels, there were 576 deaths from
haematopoietic cancer (cancers of the blood) over the study period (2001 -
2004). This figure consists of 271 male deaths and 305 female deaths
and is based on death certificate records linked to Census data. The
spatial distribution of mortality due to haematopoietic cancer in Brussels is
