When did you start using Unitemps?
I started using Unitemps in February 2019.
What kind of roles are you recruiting for?
At the time I was recruiting a part-time Research Administrator to support the team while we were trying to recruit to a number of full-time permanent vacancies.
What has been your experience with Unitemps?
All of the staff have been helpful and efficient.
Has Unitemps helped you cut down on administration time?
Yes because the only thing I had to do was complete a form and submit this for approval and set-up. After that, I simply approved the online timesheets once they were submitted.
What parts of the hiring process has Unitemps helped with?
The individual who signed up with Unitemps had previously worked with me/my team, so Unitemps did not have to support me with recruitment. The support I received was around the registration and account set-up.
What do you consider are the main benefits of using Unitemps?
For me it was the simple and uncomplicated process of signing up an individual so that they could start working with me immediately.
Would you recommend Unitemps to other departments?
Based on my experience, yes I would.
