The frost has thawed, Spring has sprung and now it’s time to get out and move! Register before 1 June to take part and move more.

Move More Challenge 2023, from 5 June to 2 July

It is that time of year again!

We know June is a busy time for all, but that is all the more the reason to get out and move. Movement encourages concentration and boots your energy levels, all of which are vital to your mental health as well as your physical health. Getting out with your colleagues also offers and encourages group support amongst yourselves. 

There is never a great time to start a campaign during a busy work period, but there is never a bad time to start thinking about your health and wellbeing and moving more. 

To keep the challenge as inclusive as possible, the Move More Challenge will be split into two categories: 

  • Steps (the number of steps taken) 
  • Time (the amount of time spent moving) 

No matter your ability, fitness level or preferred method of exercise, we wanted to encourage anyone to participate in moving more. Alongside the much-loved Steps category, the Time category allows participants to record their movement instead of logging the number of steps taken.

The challenge will take place over a 4-week period from: 

  • 5 June – 2 July 

Registration will close on Thursday 1 June 2023.

And we welcome you to participate in teams or as an individual.
