Aimed at anyone who has line management responsibilities, this engaging and convenient online development programme focusses on the skills and knowledge required to do day-to-day people management well, while articulating the core expectations UCL has of its managers.

The People Management Essentials programme addresses recent staff survey results which identified the need for a system of structured, trained and recognised line management to help people agree workloads, develop their careers, cope with everyday issues, and receive support during difficulties.
