The HR Community of Practice brings together colleagues responsible for the delivery of HR activities across UCL to share best practice, foster communication, build collaboration and commit to the continuous development of staff both personally and professionally.
The Community aims to enable UCL to achieve its academic mission by empowering and equipping our people, and through realizing our people ambitions (articulated in the people strategy).

If you have an idea for a project for the HR Community of Practice please complete a project suggestion form and return it to HRGCommunity@live.ucl.ac.uk; you can use the HR Community of Practice Charter or visit the projects page to help structure your proposal.
Alternatively contact HRGCommunity@live.ucl.ac.uk to arrange an informal meeting to talk through your project. Project suggestions will be reviewed by the HR COP core members.- Your ideas count
