About HR

UCL Human Resources provides professional support and advice to more than 14,000 colleagues across the university on a range of people-related matters. We also offer a full spectrum of in-person and online development programmes and bespoke activities.

UCL Human Resources is the central HR Division which is responsible for the provision of people services to the whole university. We are based in Bidborough House.

The division is organisaed into Centres of Expertise and also Business Partnering, each led by one of our directors. These are:

Workplace Health
HR Business Partnering

The HR Division works closely with Payroll and HR Services who provide the transactional processes that underpin our people services and are part of the PS Hub.
