We are recruiting students to audit Green Impact: UCL's environmental accreditation programme that allows departments to improve their environmental impact.

By volunteering, you will:

  • Receive Institute of Environmental Management and Assessment (IEMA) approved environmental auditor training
  • Gain skills and experience associated with auditing and sustainability
  • Enhance your CV and gain valuable employability skills
  • Meet like-minded people
  • Enjoy a free lunch

Environmental auditing is an essential way to work out our sustainability performance and identify how it can be improved. It's a vital first step in making buildings, operations and behaviours more sustainable.

This is a great opportunity to boost your sustainability literacy, gain skills and learn how departments are improving their environmental impacts. Participants will also receive a certificate recognising them as a Green UCL auditor.

On Wednesday 31st May, you'll spend the morning receiving training on environmental auditing in Anatomy G04 Gavin de Beer LT. After a free lunch, you'll then visit several departments that have taken part in UCL's Green Impact programme, using your skills to audit their efforts.

These audits are an essential part of the programme - only book a space if you can attend for the full day.
