UCL International Disability Research Centre is dedicated to generating a body of knowledge about disability issues that helps to improve the lives of people with disabilities, their families and their communities. It was previously known as the Leonard Cheshire Research Centre. The Centre, established in 1996, focuses on global disability and development issues.
