Research

In order to better understand and address challenges faced by people affected by crises and different forms of marginalisation and exclusion, we undertake research across a broad range of interrelated subjects.

We also supervise PhD students with interests in our core areas of work.

Our key focus areas of global disability issues, critical humanitarian studies, and health and social inclusion are interrelated and cut across all of our research and teaching. We bring unique expertise and insight to these issues and with a track record of community participation and co-production in our research activities.
