TheHealth and Lifestyle after Cancer Questionnaire (ASCOT)

Health Behaviours after Cancer is a large-scale patient reported outcomes survey designed to gather information on the health behaviours, well-being and intervention preferences of breast, prostate and colorectal cancer patients who were diagnosed at a London Cancer site in between 2012 and 2015. We have collected data on nearly 6000 patients and are currently analysing the results.  These data will allow us to identify unmet patient needs in the health behaviour domain, examine the impact health behaviours have on cancer-related outcomes, and design and tailor interventions appropriately.
