Increasing uptake of Scotland’s ‘Covid pass’

Professor Irene Petersen (UCL Institute of Epidemiology & Healthcare) suggests that Scotland’s Covid pass should be extended to people who have evidence of prior infection or a recent negative Covid-19 test, not only those who have been vaccinated.
