Travel restrictions can’t completely stop Covid-19 transmission

As some travel is needed for essentials such as freight entering the country, any travel restrictions can at best slow the transmission of Covid-19 from one country to another, but can’t prevent it completely, says Professor Andrew Hayward (UCL Epidemiology & Health).
