In this lightning lecture led by Dr. Alejandra Beghelli we will discuss why optical fibre is a greener choice than copper to build our fast-speed communication networks and what researchers within the Optical Networks Group (ONG) at University College London (UCL) are doing to make our communication networks more sustainable.
A 20minute lecture will be followed by a 10minute Q&A.
