What is your current role?
I am a Senior Educational Psychologist at Hertfordshire County Council.

What did you find particularly useful about the Doctorate in Educational & Child Psychology programme at UCL?
The emphasis on evidence-based practice and the importance of critical thinking in both research and applied work. Also the ways in which psychology can be applied at systemic levels in educational settings.

How has doing the DECPsy at UCL developed your CPD / career?
The DECPsy programme was where I developed my interest in supervision skills and this continues to be the aspect of my senior role I love the most.
