7 Elephant heart

By Oussama, Alisa, Kawthar, Fawad

An elephant’s heart beats around 30 times a minute. To compare, a mouse’s heart beats up to 700 times a minute, and a human heart around 75-80 times a minute.
An elephant’s family is called the Elephantidae.
Red veins bring oxygen to the heart and blue arteries carry de-oxygenated blood throughout the body.
