3 Saltwater crocodile

The saltwater crocodile is carnivorous (an animal that eats meat). The average male length is 4.6 metres and it weighs around 500kg.
It lives in an area that extends from northern Australia to eastern India, and south-east Asia.
Fantastic swimmers, they can swim as much as 29km per hour in short bursts.
