CONVINCE trial primary results - ERA Meeting Milan

The primary results of the CONVINCE trial will be presented at the ERA meeting in Milan.

To determine whether there is a survival advantage, and better health related quality of life, with high volume haemodiafiltration, the European Union Horizon 2020 program funded the CONVINCE trial, a prospective multinational randomised controlled trial of more than 1300 kidney failure patients treated by high flux haemodialysis, randomised to continue thrice weekly high flux haemodialysis or switched to high dose haemodiafiltration. Patients were recruited from dialysis facilities in France, Germany, Hungary, the Netherlands, Portugal, Romania, Spain and the UK.

The primary results of this trial will be presented on Friday 16th June 2023 at 12:00 13:15 CET in the Late Breaking Trials session at the ERA Meeting in Milan  (session ID S 0.1)  This will be held in the Gold (Plenary) room.
