This focus area aims to identify the factors affecting specifier decision-making behaviour in the infrastructure sector and influence these through a value-driven market platform.
Description
Market platforms to stimulate industrial symbiosis have had limited success as they fail to stimulate desired decision-making behaviours by material specifiers.
This project, led by Dr Linh Truong at Loughborough University, examined the factors affecting specifier decision-making behaviour in the infrastructure sector, and how these can be addressed in a value-driven market platform.
