FAQs

How and when can I pay for the conference?

All delegates must register and pay on-line in advance of the course; unfortunately, we do not have the facility to process payments on-site.

The online payment system accepts VISA, MasterCard, VISA debit, VISA electron and Maestro. Once the transaction is processed successfully, the system will issue an automatic receipt for your booking.

Contact for booking enquiries ich.events@ucl.ac.uk

PLEASE NOTE: From 1st January 2012, we will no longer be able to send invoices to trusts and companies.

Can I have a receipt?

When booking on-line you will automatically receive a receipt showing the name of the event and the amount paid; you can re-print a copy of the receipt by login into your account.

Will there be CPD credits and a Certificate of Attendance?

Most conferences have been registered for professional CPD credits. Certificate of Attendance, showing CPD if applicable, will be e-mailed to delegates once the on-line survey for the course has been completed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing at least two weeks before the start of the event and will be subject to an administration charge of 10% of the course fee.

It is regretted that no refunds will be made within two weeks of the course date. ICH Events reserves the right to cancel any conference it deems necessary and will, in such event, make a full refund of the registration fee only. ICH Events will not be liable for any additional incurred costs (including but not limited to travel, accommodation, visa, etc.). No liability is assumed by ICH Events for changes in programme date, content, speakers or venue.

Any refund will be made by UCL to you within 30 days of your cancellation and be paid to you in the same way as you paid for your order.
