The Mental Health Intervention for Children with Epilepsy (MICE) Project

We are a multi-disciplinary team of researchers at the UCL Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health and Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH), working on the MICE Project.

MICE is an NIHR funded research study (NIHR reference number: RP-PG-0616-20007) that tested the efficacy of an evidence-based psychological treatment for young people with epilepsy and associated mental health problems. It began in October 2017. The aim of the project was to improve the treatment of mental health problems in young people with epilepsy.
