George Manos

Senior Lecturer in Chemical Engineering

George Manos

Biography

Dr George Manos graduated from Aristotelian University of Thessaloniki, Greece in 1984. He worked as postgraduate research assistant at Technical University of Berlin on wood liquefaction and then moved to University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany for his PhD in catalytic reaction engineering which he obtained in 1989. Dr Manos worked as Production and Development Manager of Metal Deco Products in Vivechrom, member of the Akzo-Nobel group. He then moved to UK to work as Postdoctoral Research Fellow at UMIST and Lecturer at South Bank University. Dr Manos joined the Department of Chemical Engineering at UCL in 1998 and is currently a Associate Professor.
