Co-lead author Prof Mahgerefteh releases Zero Emission Platform report for transporting captured CO2

UCL Chemical Engineering Professor Haroun Mahgerefteh is one of two lead authors of an 80 page recently published report by Advisory Council of the European Zero Emission Platform (ZEP) submitted to the European Parliament.
The ZEP report titled “A Trans-European CO2 Transportation Infrastructure for CCUS: Opportunities & Challenges” aims to facilitate the development of a multi-billion Euro trans-European infrastructure for transporting captured CO2 from industrial emission sources for permanent geological storage, widely recognised as key in reducing global warming.
