Two more articles have recently appeared on hierarchically structured porous catalysts, providing new insights

Two new publications on hierarchically structured catalysts

As part of our highly fruitful collaboration with East China University of Science and Technology (ECUST) in Shanghai (groups of Professors Xing-Gui Zhou and Kake Zhu) and former CNIE member, Dr Guanghua Ye, now Associate Professor at ECUST, two more articles have recently appeared on hierarchically structured porous catalysts, providing new insights in, respectively, catalyst deactivation, and the design and synthesis of optimised structures for increased selectivity.  

A first article, entitled “Manipulating the mesostructure of silicoaluminophosphate SAPO-11 via tumbling-assisted, oriented assembly crystallization: a pathway to enhance selectivity in hydroisomerization”, has appeared in the RSC’s Catalysis Science and Technologyjournal.   

A second article, entitled “Pore network modeling of catalyst deactivation by coking, from single site to particle, during propane dehydrogenation”, has appeared in the AIChE Journal.
