Ramsay Society Dinner - 22 February 2019

Please note that this event is only available to UCL Chemical Engineering students, alumni, staff and special guests.

The event, traditionally held on the last Friday of February each year, brings together students, staff and alumni to celebrate the Department’s achievements.

Starters:
- Sipsmith Gin Cured Salmon, Shaved Fennel, Pickled Lemon Relish, Crème Fraiche
- Goat’s Cheese & Sweet Potato Cake, Candied Pecan, Chilli Jam (V)

Mains:
- Lamb Rump, Rosemary Dauphinoise, Heritage Carrot Ribbons, Tender Stem Broccoli Redcurrant Jus
- Red Camargue “Risotto” of wild mushrooms, baby spinach, toasted cashew, heritage beetroot (V)

Desserts:
- Strawberry-Pistachio Mascarpone, Bakewell Tart, Pistachio Ice Cream

Smart dress is required.
