We welcome comments, suggestions, amendments and other contributions from scholars, especially those who have visited the archives in the recent past. In particular, if you have visited an archive within the former Soviet Union that isn't covered here, and would like to share your knowledge with other academics, we would be delighted to receive a submission from you. All the archive guides here have been written by different scholars and the plan is that the guide will continue to grow as users who have benefited from it contribute more in turn.

Perhaps the easiest way to get in touch with a comment or amendment about a specific archive, would be to use the comments function on the relevant archive page. This allows your comment to be shared with other visitors to the website, so is useful for sharing information. However, be advised that the comments function is provided by an external company, Disqus, and that the data is held by Disqus on external servers. You may wish to browse Disqus's terms of service and privacy policy - bear in mind that the Disqus service is an external service and UCL cannot take responsibility for any problems arising from its use.

Alternatively, you may prefer to contact us via e-mail at ssees-ceelbas@ucl.ac.uk. If you would like to add details of an archive that is not currently covered by the Guide, please get in touch in this way.
