Consortium

The universities of the CEELBAS CDT consortium together offer an unparalleled range of specialist expertise and language training for postgraduate students. Between them the four universities are able to offer specialist training in no fewer than 15 Slavonic and East European languages.

Specialist supervisors

They currently have some 35 specialist supervisors (in Russian, Slavonic & East European languages and culture), plus around a further 30 potential advisors in related subjects and disciplines, as well as substantial research expertise in the social sciences.

CDT researchers receive training which combines the benefits of extensive institutional-level support and the additional targeted specialist and interdisciplinary training provided by CEELBAS:
