Cell DIVE was recently released in the UK and has been built upon years of R&D. There are a plethora of publications referencing Cell DIVE for highly multiplexed immunofluorescent imaging, ranging from breast to colorectal cancer. These publication predominantly focused upon integrating spatial and expression data.
Integrating the spatial and expression data from a tissue biopsy is the clear advantage of highly multiplexed imaging of tissue sections. Cell DIVE was first published in 2013, since then it has gone from strength to strength, culminating in the release of a dedicated Cell DIVE imager in 2020. The imager seamlessly combines incredible image quality with robust image registration, alignment and open source image stack output for analysis. Cell DIVE recommends HALO from Indica Labs as the market leader for tissue section image analysis, meaning that Cell DIVE can fit harmoniously into the regular histopathological workflow.
This talk shall provide an introduction to Cell DIVE and highlight some of the really interesting papers where both spatial and expression data have been integrated from tissue sections in cancer research
