Dads at UCL: Journey of a new father

You shall hear from colleagues based within UCL who are expectant or new fathers. They shall talk about their experiences of becoming new parents, dealing with highs and lows of emotions, sleep deprivation, post natal depression, work life balance; and the pressure of 'getting it right'.

This will be followed by an open discussion which will be your chance to share thoughts, comments and exchange any suggestions.

Who should attend?
This event is open to all staff members at UCL. It is not meant for fathers only. Everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend. The more understanding we have of their experiences, the better it will be for all parents and families. So come along yourself and bring a colleague!

Lunch will be provided

This is an informal session and there will be a vegetarian lunch plus tea/coffee.
