Your registration to HCC UK First Annual Conference includes the following:

• Entrance to all lectures and sessions 
• All coffee breaks and lunches scheduled on 31st March – 1st April 2016 
• Printed conference materials

Payment: 

To make online payments with your debit/credit card, please follow the instructions below:

1. Visit the Royal Free payments site www.royalfreecharity.org/donate
2. Select ‘One time donation via credit/debit card’
3. Enter the registration fee you are paying and in the drop down menu for ‘Where would you like to give to?’ choose the last option ‘Name Your Choice’
4. In the ‘Your fund choice’ box please insert Fund 197 Course Fee
5. Fill in the rest of the form and submit
