Intermittent fasting: are 5:2, 16:8 and ADF diets really the healthiest ways to eat?

A new study has been published showing the beneficial effects of intermittent fasting in humans. The IHA’s Dr James Catterson, though not involved in the study, contributed to a Newsweek article which discusses the broader implications of fasting in humans.
