Seven academics in seven UCL Student Choice award categories
21 May 2020
UCL Biochemical Engineering academics have a strong history of nominations in the UCL Students Choice awards, this year we've had academics entered in multiple categories and Dr Rana Khalife has been shortlisted for Brilliant Research-based Education.
Every year the UCL Student Choice Awards recognise the excellent contribution of staff to the students' experience and each year we've been pleased to see UCL Biochemical Engineering colleagues nominated. This year we have nominations for all categories, with Professors Suzanne Farid and Nicolas Szita topping the group with 4 and 3 categories, respectively.
Among the nominations, three are shortlisted for the final award and we have consistently had at least one nomination every year - this year Dr Rana Khalife has been shortlisted for Brilliant Research-based education and has the chance to win the award - it will be announced in early June.
