Invecta Solutions win Young Entrepreneurs Scheme award

YES is an innovative global competition that's been running for 24 years that was developed to raise awareness among postgraduate students and postdoctoral researchers of how ideas from science and engineering can be commercialised. UCL's team Invecta Solutions, led by members of UCL Biochemical Engineering, won with a proposal that offers an innovative manufacturing process that dramatically decreases the cost of AAV virus-based gene therapy products. The team featured Noelle Colant, Viktoria Gkoutzioupa, Greta Jasulaityte, and Jaime Teneb Lobos.
