50 years after humans set foot on the Moon, there is a growing set of activities and interests in exploring what it will take and be like to explore worlds beyond our own?

The realities of such off-world living are many.

UCL is extremely well placed to set up a hub Institute – the Off World Living Institute (OWLI) to act as a collector and collator of all the many topics, issues and challenge that arise from considering such off world living.

This event is to establish the issues that will need to be addressed to ensure UCL’s OWLI is successful. If you are both interested and have suggestions, then book a ticket and come to Here East to become part of OWLI.

Speakers include:

Prof. Andrew Edkins - Director of The Bartlett Real Estate Institute

Prof. Alan Smith - Director Space Domain

Dr Christopher Leung - Bartlett School of Architecture

This is a free event for UCL staff and students.

Networking drinks 17:00 - 19:00
