Overview
Professor Fulong Wu's research project, China Sustainable Cities, is part of UCL’s Global Engagement Project funded by the EPSRC. This project builds upon the extensive links of the Bartlett Faculty of the Built Environment with Chinese research partners.
The project conducts an outline review of existing eco-city plans in China and compares them with the UK initiatives of sustainable cities. It supports the UK researchers to engage with Chinese professional bodies in eco-city management and planning and organises a workshop in London for research and policy engagement.
